All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and sent via EVRI next day tracked delivery in the UK.
Orders are not always shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please look at the banners on our website for notification on delays in processing orders.

What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us atcontact@majesteldn.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How should I care for my jewellery?
When to remove Jewellery to prolonge life
1. Before bathing, showering and swimming
2. Before going to sleep
3. During intense activities causing more sweat e.g. gym
4. When applying perfume, lotions, skincare etc.
Storage
Store jewellery in the box provided or any other dry container.
Cleaning Gold Vermeil
Clean jewellery with the cleaning cloth provided. For more stubborn stains, clean with luke warm water.
Polishing gem stones
Use unscented soapy water to polish gemstones whilst avoiding gold where possible.
